Hollow Fiber Filters
CleaSep hollow fiber filters are currently available in 17 different dimensions, suitable for R&D, pilot testing and commercial production. The filters demonstrate stable performance with reliable linear scalability when maintaining identical length but varying surface areas. Their material composition exhibits excellent chemical compatibility with various cleaning agents, ensuring safe and effective cleaning and disinfection of the filtration system. Compared to traditional PES, the modified PES membrane not only delivers higher flow rates, greater filtration capacities, shorter processing times and improved yields, but also features low protein-binding, low-blockage and easy-clean characteristics. The modification technology optimizes PES rigidity while enhancing membrane flexibility, enabling tolerance to higher process disturbances and shear rates.
