Filter vial is a one step sample preparation device and integrates a device auto-sampler, filtration membrane, plug and cap/septa.

What are The Benefits of Using Filter Vial in The Laboratory?
The MS® Filter Vials can be directly filtered in the sample, which greatly simplifies the procedure, reduces the product involved, significantly reduces the loss and contamination of the sample during the transfer process, effectively guarantees the filtration effect and ensures the accuracy of the data.
What is The Filter Vials Made of?
PP Housing, and the filter membrane material includes Nylon (NY) filter membrane, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane, Polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) filter membrane, Polyethersulfone(PES) filter membrane and Regenerated Cellulose(RC) filter membrane
Key Features of MS® Filter Vials
² High efficiency and low cost
² High detection efficiency> 98%.
- PFAS - Free Solutions
- High recovery <30ul dead volumn
- Pre-slit cap ensures easy and clean sample transfer
- Open to customized service
How to Choose Right Filter Vials?
- Matching of membrane material and filtration medium:
Nylon is ideal for aqueous solution and organic solution;
Hydrophobic PTFE is ideal for organic solution;
Hydrophilic PTFE is ideal for aqueous solution and organic solution; Hydrophobic PVDF is ideal for organic solution and low protein binding solution;
Hydrophilic PVDF is ideal for aqueous solution, organic solution and low protein binding solution;
PES is ideal for aqueous solution and low protein binding solution;
RC is ideal for aqueous solution and organic solution.
- Matching membrane pore size with filtration applications:
0.22μm is ideal for Cells or cell fragments in the sample and column particle size<3 μm;
0.45μm is ideal for column particle size>3 μm.
- Matching product structure with filtering applications:
Transparent single-layer is ideal for the concentration of particles in the solution is < 10% and the solution is not easily decomposed when exposed to light;
Transparent double-layer is ideal for the concentration of particles in the solution is < 30% and the solution is not easily decomposed when exposed to light;
Brown single-layer is ideal for the concentration of particles in the solution is < 10% and the solution is easily decomposed when exposed to light;
Brown double-layer is ideal for The concentration of particles in the solution is < 30% and the solution is easily decomposed when exposed to light.
