The Experimental parameters of MS® Transfer Membrane
Washing solution: TBST
Blocking: 5% defatted milk powder is blocked at room temperature for about 1 hour (shake slowly on the shakingtable)
Primary antibody: rabbit anti Escherichia coli antibody, rabbit anti BSA polyclonal antibody
Secondary antibody: Dilute the secondary antibody and incubate it on a shaking table at room
temperature for about 1 hour Development: MixECLchemiluminescence solution A and solution B in equal proportions and evenly drop them onto the membranefor exposure analysis using the Fusion imaging system
Wet transfer conditions: constant curent 400 mA, transfer for 40 mins.
